Late 2019, the Ritz-Carlton Hotel of Downtown Los Angeles at LA Live, one of the chain’s flagship properties, unveiled a completely remodeled design for its guest rooms. The centerpiece for the project is a stunning decorative lighted accent mirror mounted on the accent walls above the guest bed headboard. Radiance Glass was selected by the architect, Rottet Studios and project management for the accent mirror feature.

The lighted accent mirror includes original artwork for the engraving inspired by the art nouveau period of the late nineteenth century. As part of the project, Radiance developed a stainless steel frame which provides a simple and structurally robust mount for the mirror and backlight, completely sealing the frame from leaking light.

The Ritz-Carlton LA Live rooms now feature this unique centerpiece and both guests and hotel management have gushed with compliments over the craftsmanship and elegance of this new design feature of the guestrooms.
